Peruvian Classic Cuisine Program
The Peruvian Classic Cuisine Program operates through a dedicated culinary school committed to preserving and promoting Peru’s rich gastronomic heritage. Its primary goal is to train students in traditional cooking techniques, ingredient knowledge, and cultural significance of classic dishes, while fostering professional opportunities in the culinary industry.
The school provides comprehensive training to approximately 50 enrolled students through hands-on classes held in its professional kitchens. Through community outreach, it also offers culinary workshops to more than 30 additional food enthusiasts and home cooks from the local community.
A professional team including master chefs, nutritionists, and food historians works within the school. Additionally, two guest chefs specialized in regional Peruvian cuisine visit regularly to share their expertise with both internal and external participants.

Pastry Program

Pastry and Baking Arts Program
The Pastry and Baking Arts Program operates through a specialized culinary institute dedicated to preserving and innovating the art of pastry and baking. Its primary goal is to educate students in fundamental and advanced baking techniques, ingredient science, and the creative presentation of desserts, while opening pathways to careers in the pastry industry.
The institute offers structured training to approximately 40 enrolled students through practical sessions in fully equipped pastry kitchens. Through community initiatives, it also conducts seasonal workshops for more than 25 baking enthusiasts and aspiring home bakers from the broader community.
A professional team composed of master pastry chefs, baking scientists, and dessert stylists leads the program. In addition, two visiting pastry experts specializing in international desserts and dietary-specific baking regularly contribute to classes for both enrolled students and external workshop attendees.
