Craft Workshop

Craft Workshop

Our Craft Workshop operates through a dedicated studio committed to preserving and promoting traditional artisan techniques. Its primary goal is to foster creativity, skill development, and economic independence by creating high-quality, handcrafted products that celebrate cultural heritage.

The studio supports approximately 25 resident artisans on-site, providing them with workspace and materials. Through its outreach and partnership programs, it also enables the creation and sale of products for more than 50 additional artisans working from their home-based workshops.

A core team of master artisans, design mentors, and a marketing coordinator works within the studio. Additionally, two dedicated partnership managers provide material supplies, quality control, and market access for the external community of artisans.

Weaving Workshop

Weaving Workshop

The Weaving Workshop operates through a dedicated center focused on preserving and innovating traditional textile arts. Its primary goal is to empower artisans by enhancing their technical skills and creativity, fostering both cultural preservation and sustainable economic opportunities through the creation of unique, handwoven goods.

The center supports approximately 20 full-time weavers on-site with access to looms and a dedicated workspace. Through its cooperative network, it also provides design support and market access for an additional 40 independent weavers working within their local communities.

A skilled team comprising master weavers, textile designers, and a production coordinator works within the center. Furthermore, two field officers provide technical training, material supply, and quality assurance services to the network of external weavers.

Painting Workshop

The Painting Workshop operates through a dedicated studio committed to fostering artistic expression and technical skill development. Its primary mission is to unlock creative potential and promote emotional well-being through the practice of visual arts, while creating meaningful artistic works.

The studio provides workspace and materials for approximately 5 resident artists working across various painting mediums. Through extension programs, it also supports more than 10 additional artists from marginalized communities by supplying materials and exhibition opportunities.

A professional team of painting instructors, art therapists, and gallery managers works within the studio. Additionally, two community outreach coordinators facilitate mobile workshops and community art projects for external participants.

Dance Program

The Dance Program operates through a dedicated studio committed to promoting artistic expression and physical well-being through movement. Its primary goal is to develop technical proficiency, creativity, and self-confidence in participants while preserving cultural dance traditions and encouraging innovative contemporary forms.

The studio serves approximately 60 regular students through weekly classes held on-site. Through community outreach initiatives, it also brings dance education to more than 100 additional children and seniors at local schools and community centers.

A professional team including dance instructors, choreographers, and program coordinators works within the studio. Additionally, two outreach instructors specifically deliver specialized dance programs to participants at external locations.

Singing Program

The Singing Program operates through a dedicated vocal studio committed to developing musical talent and personal expression through voice. Its primary goal is to enhance vocal technique, musical understanding, and performance confidence while fostering a deep appreciation for diverse musical genres.

The studio provides regular vocal training to approximately 45 students through weekly sessions held on-site. Through community partnerships, it also extends musical education to more than 60 additional participants at local schools and senior centers.

A professional team including vocal coaches, music theorists, and performance directors works within the studio. Additionally, two community music specialists deliver tailored singing programs to external groups throughout the region.
