The project offers a volunteer experience with a minimum stay of one day, during the morning shift from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Volunteers are required to be verbally fluent in Spanish. Participation includes a one-time donation of $80, which covers workshop involvement and a certification valid nationally and internationally.
Tasks include helping set up the loom, assisting participants with weaving or spinning, organizing materials, and promoting appreciation for local textile art. Volunteers should have an interest in Andean traditions, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn artisanal techniques.
