Project Profile
This project requires a minimum stay of one week, with volunteers able to choose between morning shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or afternoon shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Volunteers must be verbally fluent in Spanish and are asked to contribute a one-time donation of $120 to support the program’s operations and resources + Internationally and Nationally Valid Certification
Tasks
Volunteers will be responsible for identifying engine parts, assembling and disassembling components, cleaning and lubricating mechanical parts, and assisting experienced mechanics with various technical tasks. These activities aim to develop practical mechanical skills while supporting the workshop’s operations.
Good to Know
Basic safety equipment including gloves and safety glasses will be provided. Volunteers should bring enthusiasm for learning and the ability to follow instructions carefully to ensure a safe and productive experience in the mechanical workshop environment.
