This program offers the opportunity to work as an Operations Assistant, supporting students and volunteers, leading orientation tours, organizing activities, and managing accommodations and internships. You will interact directly with local families, projects, international clients, and suppliers, providing personalized support and ensuring high-quality customer service. Functional Spanish proficiency is required.
Descripción
The project offers a volunteer experience with a minimum stay of two weeks, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and/or 2 PM to 6 PM. An intermediate level of Spanish is required, along with a one-time donation of $60 + Internationally and Nationally Valid Certification
Tasks include organizing weekly activities for volunteers, ranging from salsa classes to international food nights and treasure hunts, as well as bringing new students to the projects and facilitating introductions.
Volunteers will also support evaluation meetings and client processes, assist staff with administrative work, provide high-quality customer service, and engage in other activities depending on their personal interests and initiatives.
